Aeromach risers
Phatrisers from Scootworks
Another popular option is replacing the stock handlebars with HD Heritage
SoftTail Classic bars, Part# HD 56569-86. Note that you can sometimes get them
for cheap as "take offs" at your local HD dealer.

I definitely like them better. I feel I have more control over the bike. I
think because I'm 6'3" the combination of the bars being higher and at a better
hand position is resulting in a better feel and more control. They took a few
miles to get used to but the first day I went out with them I only planned on
riding 10 miles or so and I ended up putting on 150. I just felt more
comfortable on the bike and was really enjoying them.
Generally no, as long as you don't go over 4.5" total up/back you can re-route the existing cables to compensate. Both the Aeromach and Phatrisers (the originals, not the "II" series) mentioned above will work just fine with stock cables.
If you want to go 5" or higher then check with the Forum vendors for best pricing on longer cables. Another vendor you might contact is MotionPro.
You can use any standard 1" diameter handlebar. Keep in mind that you may need longer cables if you go very wide or tall with the bars.
By far the most popular are the ISO grips (PN 6235) from Kuryakyn

You can re-use the original grip weights like so:

They (the weights) are easy to add back on if you want them. Drill a
hole through the ISO end caps with a 3/16 bit (use a center punch so it's in the
middle) and then tap it with a M6 tap. Buy two M6 screws a bit longer than the
bar weights and fit everything. Gives the Kuryakyn ISO grips a nice longer look
and finishes them off IMHO. Probably 5 to 10 minutes work per side.
Note: I found another way to re-add the bar weights, without ruining your
ISO end caps (or even using them at all!). Go buy some toggle bolts from most
any hardware store and follow
this procedure. I prefer this route since it preserves your end caps and you
get better alignment with no need for trim rings.

By far, the Visa
Cruise throttle-lock is one of the most popular and affordable. Adding a throttle
rocker to complement a cruise-control is the ideal combination. For the Kuryakyn
ISO grips a good choice is their "ISO Throttle Boss" (PN 6250 to
fit PN 6235 ISO grips), but they
also offer a universal for other grips. For tips on installation of the VC and
similar items, look
